Usage Period
- The THSR Edition serial number must be redeemed/used by December 31, 2026.
- For the complimentary Taiwan Tour Bus one-day/half-day tour, please make sure to check in at the location designated by the travel agency on your reserved tour date.
Identity Binding
- Complimentary gifts are for registered participants only and are non-transferable. Please ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate.
- Taiwan PASS HSR Version: Once the serial number has been linked to a passport number, the information cannot be changed. Please verify all details carefully before submission.
- Taiwan Tour Bus Tours: Please provide accurate passport information, including your full name and date of birth, for insurance purposes. Reservations may be cancelled within the cancellation period specified for each tour. Please refer to the regulations of the selected tour route.
Application Method
- Each participant may apply only once for each event.
- Accompanying travelers are also eligible to receive the rewards. Please ensure that complete information for all accompanying travelers is provided during registration. Applications for unregistered accompanying travelers cannot be submitted afterward. In addition to the primary applicant, up to five accompanying travelers may be registered.
Terms & Conditions
- Please complete your registration within the designated registration period to facilitate the distribution of complimentary gifts. Late registrations will not be accepted.
- Please provide complete information for yourself and all accompanying travelers when registering. Failure to complete registration within the specified period will result in forfeiture of eligibility, and no late submissions will be accepted.
- Each participant may apply only once per event session. The organizer reserves the right to cancel participation for duplicate registrations or false/inaccurate information.
- If the complimentary Taiwan PASS HSR Version is not activated or redeemed within the specified validity period, the serial number will automatically expire and cannot be reissued or extended.
- For the complimentary Taiwan Tour Bus one-day/half-day tour, travelers must complete the reservation through the designated booking link and provide a credit card for pre-authorization. No additional payment is required for the tour itself.
However, if a participant fails to arrive at the designated meeting point on the departure date as scheduled and does not notify the travel agency of a cancellation in advance, the operating travel agency may, in accordance with the tour regulations, charge the applicable no-show fee through the authorized credit card transaction.

Q1. How early should I register?
A1. Please complete the online registration at least 7 business days before your planned arrival date in Taiwan. Otherwise, your application cannot be processed.

A2. No. All serial numbers expire on Dec 31, 2026.
Q3. Can I transfer it to others?
A3. No. It is bound to your passport and for personal use only.
Q4. What if I entered the wrong passport number?

A5. Yes. In addition to the registrant, up to five accompanying travelers may be registered. Please provide complete information for all accompanying travelers during registration. Complimentary gifts cannot be issued to anyone who was not registered in advance.
